Support for the moments that change everything

I’m Lauren, a birth and postpartum doula. I offer grounded, attentive support through pregnancy, birth, and that big shift into the fourth trimester. On top of my core doula foundation, I’ve pursued specialized training in VBAC, hypnobirthing, and breastfeeding support, and I'm also NICU trained; expertise I lean on to provide a deeper level of care when things get complex. My approach is definitely more holistic, but it’s always practical, too; it’s been shaped by study and by real, messy moments with the families I support. Everything is tailored to you and stays flexible as things evolve, whether you’re planning to stay home or head into the hospital. Most importantly, you’ll have the space to say what you actually want without any pressure, and a steady person working right alongside your midwife or OB.
