Birth Support
I have no agenda for your birth. My role is to be your anchor; translating the medical noise, guiding your movement, and helping you navigate the unpredictable reality of labour so you can make decisions with confidence.
Whether at home or in the hospital, I provide practical, steady support through positioning, comfort techniques, and clear communication with your care team. I work with all families, including first-time parents, solo moms, and those navigating home births, VBACs, inductions, or cesareans.
I am there to reel you back in when things move fast, ensuring you stay grounded and informed from the first contraction to the first breath.

Postpartum Support
The weeks following birth are rarely predictable. I provide proactive, hands-on support so you can focus on recovery. Whether you are home from the hospital or adjusting to a new household dynamic, I offer flexible hourly care tailored to the immediate reality of your day or night.
I specialize in the mechanics of the transition home: troubleshooting feeding, managing newborn sleep strategies, and handling the "recovery logistics" that keep a household running. My role is to walk in, assess the needs of the room, and act as your anchor so you can find your rhythm.

$35/hr
Focused on recovery, proactive feeding support, and home logistics. Includes active newborn care (soothing, diapers, contact naps), meal prep, sibling support, and light tidying to ensure you can rest and ease into your day.
-
$40/hr
Focused on restorative sleep and a sustainable night rhythm. I act as the primary caregiver for the night, managing soothing and wakeups, while providing feeding support and a "morning reset" (laundry, tidying, and prep) so you wake up to a functional home.
