Blair Blyth, Pelvic Floor Physio

Blair graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2016 and quickly discovered her passion for supporting families through significant transitions. Blair began her career working mostly with adults following stroke, brain injury or spinal cord injury. However, after having her three children, and recovering herself from pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti and low back pain with the support of expert pelvic physiotherapy, she has switched focus and now specializes in pelvic floor physiotherapy. She aims for those leaving her treatment room to feel seen, educated and empowered with effective strategies they can implement immediately to impact their symptoms.

Blair finds great joy in spending time with her family, particularly exploring the outdoors with her kids. She loves discussing baby-wearing and breastfeeding and hopes to return to recreational basketball in the future.
