Hi, I’m Lauren, owner of Ollio Lactation. I’m a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and mom of two little boys.

With over a decade of NICU experience, I specialize in helping families meet their feeding goals during the early postpartum period. My expertise includes establishing comfortable and effective breastfeeding, supporting pumping, and caring for fragile feeders. Whether you pump occasionally, exclusively pump, or are working toward exclusive breastfeeding, I would love to support you. With extensive additional training in pumping optimization, I bring flange fitting and individualized support directly to you.

I started Ollio Lactation to extend the care families receive in the hospital into the comfort of their homes. My approach blends practical feeding support with evidence-based care to help families find solutions that feel sustainable while also protecting maternal mental health.

My goal is to empower you through education so that you feel confident feeding your baby and able to find joy in this season of motherhood.
