Quick snack loaded with oats, flax, and brewer’s yeast—known to support supply.

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower seed)

  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup brewer’s yeast

  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions :

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until sticky.

  2. Roll into 1-inch balls. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Store in an airtight container in fridge (up to 1 week) or freezer (3 months)
