A no-fuss meal partners can throw together in one pan—balanced, filling, and ready in minutes.

Why it works: Protein + fibre rich veggies + easy whole grain wrap = steady energy and quick recovery fuel.

Ingredients (serves 2-3) :

  • 2 chicken breasts (or 2 cups pre-cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 zucchini, sliced,

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning

  • 4 whole grain wraps or tortillas

  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, hummus, avocado, or Greek yogurt

Directions :

  1. If using raw chicken: cut into strips, saute in olive oil with garlic powder until cooked through (7-8 min)

    If using pre-cooked chicken: just warm it in the pan with the veggies.

  2. Add zucchini and bell pepper; cook another 3-4 min until softened.

  3. Stir in spinach until just wilted

  4. Spoon filling into wraps, top with cheese/avocado/hummus. and roll up.
