15-Minute One-Pan Chicken & Veggie Wraps
A no-fuss meal partners can throw together in one pan—balanced, filling, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients (serves 2-3) :
2 chicken breasts (or 2 cups pre-cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 zucchini, sliced,
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning
4 whole grain wraps or tortillas
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, hummus, avocado, or Greek yogurt
Directions :
If using raw chicken: cut into strips, saute in olive oil with garlic powder until cooked through (7-8 min)
If using pre-cooked chicken: just warm it in the pan with the veggies.
Add zucchini and bell pepper; cook another 3-4 min until softened.
Stir in spinach until just wilted
Spoon filling into wraps, top with cheese/avocado/hummus. and roll up.
Tip: For freezer prep, partners can cook double, then freeze extra filling in a bag. Reheat later and stuff into wraps.
