A refreshing, hydrating take on lemonade to keep energy and electrolytes balanced during labour.

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups strong brewed raspberry leaf tea (cooled)

  • 2 cups coconut water

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh if possible)

  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • Optional: 1 tbsp magnesium citrate powder (if approved by care provider)

Directions :

  1. Brew raspberry leaf tea and let cool completely.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher or mason jar

  3. Chill in fridge until ready to use, or pour into a water bottle to take to the hospital
