Quick, portable snacks that give steady energy without a sugar crash.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almonds or cashews

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 2 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut)

  • Pinch sea salt

Directions :

  1. Pulse dates in a food processor until they form a sticky paste.

  2. Add oats, nuts, flax, nut butter, and salt. Blend until combined.

  3. Roll into 1-inch balls. Chill in fridge for at least 30 min.

Tip: Store in the freezer and pack 3-4 in a small container for a hospital bag. Easy to nibble between contractions.
