Savoury Cheese & Oat Muffins
A hearty, easy-to-digest snack that balances protein and carbs—perfect when sweet snacks feel too much.
Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups rolled oats (blended into flour)
1 cup shredded cheddar or feta
2 eggs
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Pinch salt
Directions :
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with parchment liners.
Blend oats into flour, then mix with baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Stir in eggs, yogurt, and cheese until batter forms.
Spoon into muffin tin and bake for 18-20 min, until golden.
