Warm Oat & Berry Breakfast Bowl
Oats support milk production, pairing them with healthy fats + protein keeps you full and balanced.
Ingredients (1 serving) :
1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) or water
1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
2 tbsp nut butter
1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Pinch of cinnamon
Directions :
Cook oats in milk/water until soft (5-7 minutes)
Stir in chia/flax and cinnamon
Top with nut butter and berries
Tip: Make extra portions, divide into jars, and reheat with a splash of milk for quick mornings.
