Ingredients (1 serving) :

  • 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) or water

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

  • 2 tbsp nut butter

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Directions :

  1. Cook oats in milk/water until soft (5-7 minutes)

  2. Stir in chia/flax and cinnamon

  3. Top with nut butter and berries
